Chess Instructor and Head of Security

Conor Heybach is an educator at Altus Academy. He co-teaches the Chess Fundamentals and Chess Strategy classes, assists with administrative duties, and is head of building security at Altus Academy.
Coach Conor graduated from Archbishop Quigley Preparatory Seminary High School, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeastern Illinois University in Justice Studies. Previous to Altus Academy, Conor was in charge of developing the Midtown Center Alumni Database for the Midtown Center for Boys. He is a member of the Adults with Prader-Willi Syndrome Association with the United States Prader-Willi Syndrome Association. He is also an avid fan of the University of Tennessee football team–Go Volunteers!
